Flagship course
Signal-to-Scale Lab
A six-module Product-Led Growth Analytics lab for a product partner and an analyst who need one activation language — and the courage to delete conflicting North Stars.

Window choices, exclusion filters, and how to refuse smoothed curves.
Module 4 — Expansion Signal Board
Seat, depth, and collaboration signals with alert thresholds.

Board-ready stories that separate acquisition theater from product truth.
Module 6 — Dock review
Live critique of your pair's instrumentation plan and open risks.

Anya Rattanaporn
Former head of product analytics for a Bangkok B2B SaaS scale-up. Anya designs Vector Dockcore labs around critique, not lecture theater, and still runs monthly alumni metric clinics.

Reviews from this course
Module 2 made our PM finally stop counting “viewed onboarding video” as activated. The SQL still needed cleanup, but the argument ended.
★★★★☆Expansion Signal Board is sharp. Sample warehouse is smaller than production — budget remapping time.
FAQ
Do I need SQL fluency?
You should be comfortable reading basic SELECT queries. We do not teach SQL from zero in this lab.
Is this only for freemium products?
No. Product-led motions inside sales-assisted funnels are welcome if you can instrument product moments.
What is a real limitation of the lab?
We do not provide production warehouse access or implement tracking for you. If your events are missing, you will leave with a plan — not magic data.
Can more than two people join Harbor?
Harbor is priced per pair. Larger groups should look at Fleet Dock on the pricing page.
