Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid cohort seats and clinics purchased directly from Vector Dockcore. Complimentary seats and partner scholarships are non-refundable.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date. Requests inside 14 days may receive a partial credit toward a later cohort.
Full vs partial refunds
Full refund: cancellation ≥14 days before start, unused seat, no materials download beyond publicly free pages. Partial refund (typically 50%): cancellation between 13 and 3 days before start. Within 72 hours of start, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by Thai consumer law.
Non-refundable items
Completed Night Buoy clinics, downloaded proprietary worksheet packs marked final, third-party exam fees (if any), and bank transfer charges.
Process
Email contact@vector-dockcore.digital with your full name, program name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within two Bangkok business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method when possible, otherwise via bank transfer to a Thai account you specify in writing.
Cancellation by Vector Dockcore
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel restrictions may allow goodwill credits outside the schedule above, evaluated case by case.
